These terms apply to TokenOps and BEX, the Burn Event Exchange. TokenOps is part of the SafeOneChain ecosystem and is presented as a public platform and service layer.

Informational Services

TokenOps/BEX provides burn tracking, project visibility, on-chain payment verification, wallet-based project actions, trust analytics and transparency services. These services are informational and operational tools only.

TokenOps/BEX does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax or trading advice.

User Wallets and Transactions

• Users are responsible for connecting the intended wallet.
• Users are responsible for reviewing all wallet prompts before signing.
• TokenOps/BEX does not receive or control private keys, seed phrases or wallet credentials.
• Blockchain transactions may be irreversible after signing and submission.

No Guarantees

TokenOps/BEX does not guarantee project performance, token price, liquidity, investment outcome, safety, uninterrupted access, third-party data accuracy or future feature availability.

Trust signals, labels, verification outputs and public project context may change as data, evidence or policy changes.

Third-Party Services

TokenOps/BEX may rely on or link to wallets, blockchain networks, RPC providers, explorers, social platforms, market-data providers and payment infrastructure. These third parties are outside TokenOps control.

Changes

TokenOps may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of TokenOps/BEX after changes means you accept the updated terms.
